• CITY TO BAY FUN RUN
Again, people with Parkinson’s, their friends, workmates and supporters turned out in numbers for the City to Bay Fun Run on September 16th 2007. Runners, walkers and strollers enjoyed beautiful weather, and a great time was had by all. If your interested in taking part in next years Fun Run to raise money for Parkinson’s SA, we’re sure they’d love to hear from you.

• PARKINSON’S AWARENESS WEEK, SEPTEMBER
Pinkie Day is celebrated each year in conjunction with Parkinson’s Awareness Week. On par with 2006, this year students are being encouraged to get involved and larger things are happening. Plans are underway for Pinkie Morning Teas or Luncheons, Pinkie Parties or even a Pink-tie ball. Look out for more details.

• City2Bay Fun Run
The City – Bay Fun Run is Parkinson’s SA’s major fundraising project each year. Held annually in September, individuals, charity groups or teams can walk or run from the Adelaide CBD to Glenelg Beach. Part of the $25.00 entrance fee gets contributed to Parkinson’s SA for each individual who takes part for their charity.
